Hello I need to do the upgraded of ICM 7.5.8 to 8.0.1.

Anyone can tell me if this work?

*Agent Re-skill work in version 8.0.1

*I have customized reports in webview, this work in new version? The schema database change?The webview can work in the new version?

I have customnize cti toolkit supervisor this work in the new version is compatible?

What recommendation exist to upgraded when there are a duplex controller, PG?

The domain controllers and active directory is compatible in new version?

Those are some huge questions, I'll hit th easy one and recommend you read the install/upgrade guide for everything else.

agent reskilling, yes.

webview, depends on your report and yes there are schema changes.

cti toolkit, you will more thna likely have to recompile your desktop with the new dlls.

domain should be the same as before, except the installer is different, but 7.5 and 8.0 aren't that much different.
