Using ICM 10.5 and CVP 10.5, initially I create user call variable to identify call type but after send call to VRU in ICM script the created user call variable is missing.

The cause of the problem is our user variable length is shorter than data, now it is working fine by distributing return data into VXML[0], VXML[1] ...

Can you please explain in more detail? Are you saying that the value
doesn't display in the Call Studio application?
Or that the variable value loses its value within the ICM script after
the SendToVru node?
