User Maintenance Supervisor Accounts

Hi,

I have IPCC Express 3.5(3) running with CallManager 4.1(2). I want to provide some users with read-only access to the AppAdmin pages and so have set them as Supervisors using the Tools > User Maintenance option under AppAdmin.

However, when I try to log in using one of the Supervisor accounts I get the following message:

Unauthorized

Please try again. You failed to authenticate yourself while requesting a document that requires authentication. Please use the browsers back button to go back to the login page.

If I change them to an administrator they can log in fine.

Any ideas what the problem is?

The problem is that you can not access the AppAdmin web site witht a supervisor user.

The page that you can access with the supervisor is http://<
