We have the below customer requirement. Kindly suggest the possible options to record these calls.
Setup: Cisco CVP, CUCM and UCCE
Call Flow: Call lands on CVP and the caller is taken to ASR treatment, where AI based voice bot comes into play
Requirement: We need to record the customer and Voice bot interactions. This is to fine tune the ASR to improve accuracy and understand the nature of customer queries.
Please help me with the possible options to record this leg of the call.
