Hi, I want to know voice CSQ Summary Report Snapshot is that live data or reflect data as an average.
We have a customer and the snapshot data is not getting refreshed. Therefore, this query.
I tried searching Cisco Documents but cannot get clear idea what they mean by that.
Please help.
