Hello,
Currently have a question, have a client that need to encrypt the calls with the hardware security key for the CallManager and use the recording and monitoring option form the supervisor will this be a good idea to deploy?

This is not possible in the current release (4.0 or 4.1). For now, any CTI controlled/monitored phones should be configured as "Non Secure" if you want to listen to, or record, their media.

Supervisor recording and monitoring are not yet supported with call encryption. We are working on a solution for this, but we do not currently have a committed date when it will be available.
