Error code 9 means Invalid URL for Media Files.
Basically, an error code 9 means CVP is having a problem retrieving a media file.
You may receive error code 9 for multiple of reasons:
1. The location of the Media Server is not specified or specified incorrectly in the ECC variable: user.microapp.media_server
File location example:
file://../MediaFiles
Base URL example:
http://www.machine1.com/dir1/
2. The Media filename is not correctly specified.
3. The Media Server is not up or there is a timeout in retrieving the media file.
