How i do to reset the cra license ?

Also is there a way of viewing the active usage in regards to license?
I.E. can you check to see how many desk top licenses you have available?

Look for LicenseAdmin.exe file that will tell you how many total Licenses you have.
If you look in the License Directroy you will see the number of Licenses used. That will be when the agents are loged in.
use the Licenseadmin.exe to change it to what you like it to be
