Hi Team,
We have developed custom Finesse desktop using Rest API with BOSH connection. Now randomally agents gets automatically logout with reason code 0 in idle situation for more than 60 minutes. Is there any timeout/auto logout setting for rest api. As no auto logout time configured at Finesse server side.
