wav file required

Hi All, Does anyone have a wav file I can use instead of

putting a call on hold/wait 30 secs/take off hold. I have seen a 30 seconds one

around somewhere.

You could get some hold music off your call manager and chop it up with Windows Sound Recorder.

Remember that copyright rules apply when using someone's music. I did a call center in Italy and when I finished, they complained that they wanted their old queue music back - they were just playing Madonna CDs for callers in queue.
