We want to set up web collaboration for fault tolerance in cold stand-by mode, where in 1 CCS would be active and if the same fails the subsequent calls would be forwarded to the 2nd CCS. The documents say that this could be achieved if both these routing CCS' are behind a local director. 'Local Director' as I understand is a part of Cisco's content product suite, and Cisco has declared EOL/EOS for this product. Could anyone throw more light on this issue and possibly enlighten on which router/gateways have this feature built in. Better solutions/work arounds are welcome.
