Webex CC Not allow a supervisor to supervise teams not assigned

Hello,

Is there any way in Webex CC not to allow a supervisors to see and monitor teams not assigned to them? I have 4 teams and 2 supervisors, each supervisor has 2 teams assigned in "Contact center users" section, but both supervisors can see all agents of all teams. 

Like UCCX, I'd like a supervisor to see only his assigned teams.

Hi @HeribertoVV 

You can create a user profile for each supervisor and restrict them only to accessing the teams assigned to them.

Under provisioning, navigate to user profiles and create new profiles. Under access rights assigned, the teams need to access each supervisor.

Then assign it to users
