Hi,
Are you getting any Real Time Report? or no report at all?
Check if agent reporting is enabled:
Configuration Manager->Tools > Explorer Tools > PG Explorer->Agent Distribution->Check the Enable agent report check box.
If its already activated, Check your EventViewer as also C:\Program Files\New Atlanta\ServletExec ISAPI\Servlet Logs and see what errors you re getting.
