WebView user can't log in

hi all

i have created a user in User List of ICM Manager

Domain name:ICM6

user name:tony

and i open the link http://ipce-1/rct1,

input the Login name and password

Login name:ICM6/tony

but it display "Invalid Login name or password. Try again"

why?How can i do it

Try to check in the Windows Active Directory User application if the password for the user 'tony' is checked for 'password never expires'.

when i do what your said,the same error still displayed

and i have deleted that user , created the new user,but the issue is still displayed!!

i think if the "partition" is not selected??

when i created a HDS,i didn't selected "partition" ,and set up the AW,i still did not selected "partition"

Did you try changing the password for the user under ICM->Configuration Manager->Tools->List Tools->User List?

Also, try creating a new user and try logging in and let me know.

Hi

Delete the jhtml compiled server pages. To delete it

1) Go to '\web\webview\reporting' directory

2) Locate and delete '_admin' and '_' (instane name prefixed with _ directory and not instance name directory) directories.

3) Go to '\ServletExec ISAPI\Servlets' directory

4) delete all the contents (including sub-directories) of this directory

5) Restart IIS Admin service.

6) Restart Jaguar service
