Hello everybody. i have some reason codes for agents but i would like to know where these are configured on the UCCE.
any help is appreciated.
are they configured on the CUCM or UCCE?

Hi,
Open the ICM config Manager-> List Tools-> Reason Code List.

Configured in ICM. Are you using CAD or CTIOS? If CAD, you need to assign them to the workflow - if CTIOS, you create them in the registry of the server and manually align them with the config.
