goto Cisco IPCC Express Edition Script Repository, you will be able to download zip file with bunch of scripts.

Hey Chris .... Thanks for the excellent link!! We are running IPCC in a very limited environment (2 seats) and have found the script writing aspect part of it somewhat frustrating.It is not a fault of IPCC but rather my lack of expertise in programming that is the major flaw.Perhaps having more example scripts to work with in the lab will help us move forward.We will be replacing all of our current Nortel Call Centre seats with Cisco within the next two years. Any other training,reading or skill set knowledge you might recommend? We have a long way to go.

where you can find editor step reference guide, and check out the Cisco Customer Response Applications Developer Guide (3.0) which has some good examples in it, it applies to IPCCX 3.5 as well.
