Can anyone please help me regarding the issue i've been facing? Actually, i'm an online English teacher. I teach on Cisco webex meetings nowadays. But sometimes my students can't see the shared video properly. I make them watch some videos to describe later. But They are having issues while watching that video. At the moment when my student had this problem i used my mobile to join, and it worked perfectly. But there was an issue with his video. He couldn't see that properly. All of my students are from China. Please tell me the solution of this problem.
