Cisco will no longer test the monthly Microsoft Security Updates for Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise, Unified Customer Voice Portal and Unified Intelligent Contact Management (premises and hosted). The Cisco will, however, continue to qualify Microsoft Security Updates that are aggregated into the latest operating system versions used for product release testing.
With this change in Cisco policy, Microsoft software users are now responsible for reviewing Microsoft Security Updates and assessing their exposure to, and appropriate response to, the vulnerability described. A TAC case should be opened if any problems are encountered with Cisco Unified Contact Center Enterprise, Unified Customer Voice Portal and Unified Intelligent Contact Management after applying a Microsoft Security Update and the Cisco will work with Microsoft to resolve any issues.
