Solved: Working Hours - For Different Regions

Hi

I have a requirement to create a scipts for agents for 3 different countrys

This means that the working hours is not the same for the branches

what i am thinking is the ccx has local time GMT+3 , which is different timezone with other regions

Is possible to modify the timezone for each region?

The Time of Day/Day of Week steps were given a Timezone parameter starting around 8.0(2). You can use this to get the step to work under a timezone other than the server's local time. If you're running an older version where the steps do not have timezone support you would need set the step manually to compensate. Example: server is UTC -5:00 and call flow is going to be used in UTC -8:00. For an 8AM to 5PM open schedule you would configure the Time of Day as 11AM to 8PM.
