Wrapup code and reason code in uccx 10.6 gets disappear

Hi All,

Do anyone has faced a case wherein the wrapup and reason code created in finesse gets disappear. I have faced this issue twice.

Can anyone share any detail about this issue. Uccx version is 10.6.

You are most definitely hitting below defect. This defect is fixed in 10.6(1) SU2

Hi Deepak,

Thanks for providing info. In my case, there were no wrap code and reason code avialable.

No error msg was received. We had to create all the code once again.

I tried looking into tomcat and finesse log but unable to find any exception.
