My customer's Marketing team had previously invested in a productivity tool for their users called Xant (formerly Insidesales.com). This tool is used to help automate the pre-sales touchpoint process by enrolling leads or potential leads into pre-defined plays, with a set of predefined actions designed to optimize engagement/responses from potential customers.
Internally, we are trying to come up with the best user experience for our marketing agents (SDRs) who will be using both Xant and UCCE / Finesse as part of their day to day customer interactions. I am wondering if anyone may be using Cisco UCCE + Xant or similar productivity tools? What kind of integration was done?
any insight or high-level guidance will be of much help
