XSD schema definitions for Finesse objects

Hello,

I am using the Finesse Web Services for linking UCCX with a server side component written in .Net. This works out well. I am able to successfully authenticate and send messages. The web service is well documented and intuitive.

To make things more smooth, I am looking for XSD schema definitions to easily serialize and deserialize the objects like User and Dialog into XML and back, but I can't find them anywhere on this site. Can you please tell me if these files are available? And if so, where can I find them?

XSD files are not currently available for Finese.  You will have to use the developer guide to make each specific request.
