How I enter into a service agreement with Cisco.

I'd like to study to use GNS3 for Network. So, I'd like to donwload Cisco ios images. But I don't have contract for Cisco that I can't download ios images.

Can anyone tell me how I can sign up with Cisco to achieve my objectives?

you need to have valid contract to download iso for each device. contract can buy with device. you cannot buy contracts without devices.

For exsample, Is device Cisco's router?
I have Cisco's router that but old router by second-hand dealer.
Should I buy it by Authorized dealer?
