Hello - what are the identifiers on a subscription ID that should tell me if we should quote it in CCW-R or in the Cloud/SaaS Subscription Tool?

You can view all your contracts and subscriptions in CCW-R, however, you will generally quote all subscriptions in the cloud/SaaS tool. Also, if you hover over the checkbox with a little black mark it pops up a statement that will say "If active use the Subscriptions Workbench to transact this offer".
In addition, if there is a service level tied to the subscription ID you can hover over the little key by sub id and that contract would be renewed in CCW-R.
