API response error

I'm trying to access the API for the APIC-EM we've set up in the lab but am coming up against an error that I don't understand.
When I visit any API link, for instance "https://<APIC-EM IP ADDR>/api/v1/pnp-device" I get the following response:
{ "response":{"errorCode":"RBAC","message":"Failed to provide a CAS service ticket to validate","detail":"Failed to provide a CAS service ticket to validate"}, "version":"1.0"}
How can I resolve this?

You need to provide service ticket (token) for authentication. Please refer the following doc.
