ISE API remove endpoint from ISE Endpoint group

Hi,

is there some easier way how to remove endpoint from Endpoint group via API? Right now I'm using API to add endpoint to endpoint group where I'm adding endpoint to Unknown group and seting static group assignment to False. This requires first to get ID of the Unknown endpoint group. But what if someone rename the Unknown to some other name?

Is there some other way using API or ciscoisesdk in one run?

Note: To remove an endpoint from an ID group, simply change staticGroupAssignment to false.

This works.
