Unable to connect VPN  devnetsb11.cisco.com due 'Connection attempt has timed out. Please verify internet connectivity'

I can ping devnetsb11.cisco.com.  It fails even if I try connecting using the IP: 64.103.26.52 instead of hostname. Please help

Its working now. Not sure if something was done in backend to fix it.
