Unable to Log-in to APIC-EM - after I enter the credentials get stuck loading

Hello, I installed the APIC-EM v1.2 on a VM.

I got up and running the ui, reverse proxy & router services from the grapevine console.

when I try to login to the APIC-EM I enter the credentials in the APIC-EM login page and get stuck loading but never change as shown below:

i follow the Tshoot steps in the post-installation tasks but I can find the issue.

Your help would be really appreciated!

Thank you for the exceptional response time.

The installer does run a diskIO check and we were able to reach 200MBps, so that leaves me with CPU and RAM as possible issues. I have seen the VM requirements, but as i said, my organization will not allocate that amount of resources unless I can verify 100% that is the reason the server will not run.

Hi Rex, you need 32G min for all services to come up at present.  You will also need to have the right number of vcpu.

Any less and you will have issues.  for 1.2.1 there was a 16G version, but for 1.3 code, it is 32G.
