Stop the Chaos, Organize your Network with NSO and Netbox

Abstract:
Deploying new devices, and updating or decommissioning them requires network admins to make changes in the device’s configuration, IP reservations, database, etc. On top of that, all the changes should be documented for future reference. Having a single and consolidated network source of truth can bring numerous benefits and allow for the automation of some of the required tasks. Network Services Orchestrator provides automation and orchestration solutions for hybrid multi-vendor networks. Add an open-source Netbox on top of it and get all the benefits of a single source of truth. This session will focus on use cases of NSO and Netbox working together, with examples of the integrations and demos, focused on NSO and Netbox API.

Anna Wojcik is a Software Engineer in Business Unit for NSO and ConfD in Stockholm. She is responsible for infrastructure and CI/CD processes for the development of NSO and NEDs. Anna is a DevNet enthusiast, passionate about network automation. She holds a Master's degree in Information and Communication Technologies. As in her previous role, she was a part of CX. Anna understands the everyday struggles of Cisco customers.
