I understand that the CX agent syncs with devices according to the schedule. But how often does it sync with Cisco's contracts database? Is it something that can be modified by an admin or super admin?
CX Agent does not sync with Cisco's contract database. When the CX Agent uploads the network data to CX Cloud, then there is a sync with the contracts database within CX Cloud.
