CX Cloud Registration

Hi there,

I'm trying to register at http://cx.cisco.com/activate but I'm facing the message:

"Account Creation Not Allowed - You do not have sufficient access to create a CX Cloud account. If you are using a public email domain, try using your company email to log in. Otherwise, contact your Cisco Account Manager"

My company has active Success Track contract already associated to my CCO ID.

Thanks for sharing.  The Self Activation for CX Cloud is only available for customers, not for Partners.  We realize Partners are also customers.  If you need a CX Cloud account for your Partner organization but functioning as a customer, please open a TAC Support Case and they will be happy to assist.

Can you send me a private message with either your CCOID or your Cisco.com login email address so I can check the logs?
