I received the notification that SNTC will be replaced by CX Agent. I can access the CX Cloud portal, but receive the notification that I do not have sufficient access rights and I need to contact my company's CX Cloud Super Admin. There is no link available to open a case from the CX Cloud portal. We need to have the CX Agent added to the portal.
