Thank you for your question.  Currently the IAM is done locally within CX Cloud by the Super User Admin.  The team is working on a feature where you could bring your own identity provider.  Stay tuned.

Yes, CX Cloud lets you manage Identity Access Management centrally using RBAC. Just set up roles and permissions to easily control who has access to what.
