I am trying to ping the CX Cloud Agent for troubleshooting, but I am not receiving any response. I read online that some users also cannot ping the agent.
Could someone confirm if the CX Cloud Agent is supposed to respond to ICMP ping requests?

The CX Agent is intentionally configured not to respond to external ping requests. If you re having issues with the Agent I recommend you open a TAC case through CX Cloud to address these issues.
