2 Nexus1000v connected to 1 vCenter

do you see any issue with 2 different Nexus1000v switches connected to the same vCenter

one location which has the vCenter will be connected to the VSM over L2

and the other site the VSM will be connected over L3

It is fine to have 2 Nexus 1000v instances in the same VC.
