Cisco Nexus 3048 password recovery

On the Cisco Nexus Switch 3048, I did a password recovery. I have assigned a new password, then loaded the bootflash and then the following error messages have occurred and the password after login was also not accepted. What could be the mistake?

You could try uploading the same image instead of using the one in the flash or using another image.

What is the significance of this message:

Password:

Is the admin-password that I was created in the boot Modus on the switch the same at the Login Password?
