I have been try this 6.x -> 6.0(2)A8(11b) -> 7.x
But am stuck at NX-OS 6.0(2)A8(11b) to NX-OS 7.0(3)I7(9).
When I try to upgrade: install all nxos bootflash:nxosbootflash:nxos.7.0.3.I7.9.bin
I get the error that I can only use compact files
Now when I try to scp or tftp compacting the files, I get an error that."compact is an invalid command"
This is where I am stuck.

- Nexus platform is sensitive to the need of intermediate releases when going to a target version;
You should consult the Release Notes of the version you want to install and look for upgrade path requirements
