Hello @Jahirul
To prepare a renewal list price document for the 4th year for the Cisco N9K-C93180YC-FX3 switch, you need to consider the licensing options and terms available for the specific product and ensure that the pricing aligns with Cisco's guidelines. Since you mentioned that the 1-year term is not available for the PID C1-N9K-ADD-T
and that you are working with term-based licenses, here is how you can proceed:
Understand the Licensing Options:
C1-N9K-ADD-T
is part of Cisco's Nexus licensing model, which typically offers term-based licenses for 3, 5, or 7 years.Calculate the 1-Year Price:
C1-N9K-ADD-T
is 3,000,the1−yearpricewouldbe3,000,the1−yearpricewouldbe3,000 ÷ 3 = $1,000.Verify Pricing with Cisco:
Prepare the Renewal Document:

), the calculated 1-year price, and any other relevant details (e.g., service level, support options, etc.).Use the Cisco Commerce Workspace (CCW):

) and specify the term as 1 year (if available) or manually adjust the pricing based on your calculation.Reference the Licensing Guide:
