I have a question about DCNM (in this case 11.4.1) with a vxlan switch fabric. If there were configuration changes deployed directly on the switch for endpoint devices and DCNM will get out of sync, with also interfaces which were before in a VPC / channel and are manually removed through direct switch CLI configuration. what is the best way to remediate that?
I did see there is a new feature for that with a template host_port_resync policy in 11.5.1.

Only how was this handled before, is there a way to do this otherwise, with interface freeform maybe or something else to get the config in sync?
