Faulty Event on UCS Manager

ello,

 

I got a Faults event with Major Severity on UCS manager as below figure. And currently management plan is active on switch-B. I've tried to find some solutions with faults code, but no luck to find any solution yet. Anyone know where should I figure-out what is the problem please?

Seems database is corrupted... sometime the FI file system gets changed to ext2 from ex3 on bootflash: drive....
You need debug plugin to troubleshoot the issue further....
We can check the FI file system status after loading debug-plugin (blkid)
If required we can fix this issue as well (tune2fs)

Please get in touch with Cisco TAC and they will do the needful starting with downloading the debug plugin for you... Debug plugin must be run by Cisco personnel only as it is very sensitive tool...
