Hello,

I want to setup L3 routed port-channel from Router to 9Ks that are vPC with each other and then run OSPF over them, so how can I do that? as far as two 9Ks has their own control plane, see below image.

According to the Nexus 9k config guide below:

Cisco Nexus 9000 Series NX-OS Interfaces Configuration Guide, Release 6.x - Configuring vPCs [Cisco Nexus 9000 Series …

Under "Guidelines and limitations": it says, "Only Layer 2 Port Channels can be in vPCs"  So I don't think what you're trying to do will work

I suppose the best way to solve it, you need to create L3 interface vlan and put these edge interfaces in that vlan in L2. After create OSPF between L3 interface vlan and your router.
