Dear colleagues, I would like to know if anyone has already gone through this problem and if it is necessary to change the equipment because it is a hardware failure. I am currently with an open ticket in TAC, waiting for instructions. I tried to search for information about the BUG without success.

Did you look at the output from 'show logging onboard internal reset-reason' ?

@f00z Yes, I have already done it, I am taking the case with cisco tac and if the failure was hardware, we are monitoring the equipment until the end of the month, it is not a software problem. Thanks for your support
