mtbf for nexus 7700 series

I can not find mtbf for nexus 7700 series. The following cards are installed in the chassis:

Slot 2

Slot 5

There is limited information on this, and it seems that they haven´t followed on this, the information that I got is on 7000 series, still I will provide you with that info so you get an idea:

Cisco Nexus Mean Time Between Failure (MTBFs)

• N7K-C7009: 318,572 (hours)
• N7K-C7010: 264,552 (hours)
• N7K-C7018: 206,038 (hours)
