Nexus 9k FEX support

Hi all,

I am about to purchase N9K-C93180YC-FX, and with NX-OS-ES-XF essential license.

I need to use the N9k as the parent for the Cisco Nexus 2348UPQ.

I wonder if N9k requires any license to install and enable the fabric extender feature.
