Runts are incrementing on gigabit ethernet interface

Runts are incrementing on gigabit ethernet interface in Wan router . this interface is connected to ISP. we have replaced cable but still issue occurs. please guide me how to troubleshoot this issue and fix it.

What devices do you and your ISP have?

You can do the following in this order:

• change the SFPs (if any) on your equipment and on ISP device
• change the local port on your device to another one
• change the port on IPS device to another one
