Hi Cisco Community.
I think I have encountered a bug on my Cisco N3K-C3548P-10GX. With no crash logs saved, my device just crashed unexpectedly.
Here is the error I found upon checking my show tech-support logs.

I hope somebody can help me to fix this issue or just even identify the root cause why this happen to my device.

Hello @gsd000001 ,
tamnw process is reponsible for the flash memory.
In "show logging nvram" we could possibly observe an error with the flash memory prior to tamnw process crash.
Also "show processes log detail" could give us some help.
I would also check "show module internal exceptionlog" to check if there is a bootflash error, as well as "show system internal kernel messages".
I would also monitor if there is a memory leak within this process using: show processes memory | grep tam
Now extra point, core file didn't copy in logflash, maybe this memory is full. You can check it with dir logflash:
Lastly, you might be able to check the health of hardware component with "show diagnostic result module all".
