Hi guys, Ive been looking for a config example or syntax list regarding how to connect an esxi host that hosts several vlans/vms in several vfrs, from a n9k vtep.
My lab setup is basic with a spine and two leafs. Running mpbgp evpn, using ospf in the underlay and multicast. Equipment is n9k.
Example.
hw-vtep—e1/1 <to> vmware
the host or chassis has have several different tenants originating in different vrfs. So im looking for the commands on how to properly trunk/transfer the different l2vni vlans from different vrfs with different l3vnis.
To try and clarify. A setup could be
l3vni vlan100/vrf1/vni10000 & l2vni vl200/vrf1/vni20000 192.168.0.1/24
and
l3vni vl110/vrf2/vni20000 & l2vni vl210/vrf2/vni21000 192.168.100.1/24
how do i get that information over the ethernet port on ie a vtep 93180?
anyone with any examples or a link? I just cant find the information, so i guess im going blind...
(can it really be so easy just to make a trunk?)
