I'm having a problem getting Vagrant to run the Cisco Nexus 9000v. I keep encountering an error message VERR_NEM_VM_CREATE_FAILED. I have tried using a number of online guide to help me run the box image, but I keep encountering this message.
❯ vagrant --version

I checked online of similar errors and ensured that Hyper-V was disabled. I ran the following commands.
bcdedit /set hypervisorlaunchtype off DISM /Online /Disable-Feature:Microsoft-Hyper-V shutdown -s -t 2
