VTP VLAN configuration not allowed when device is in Client/Secondary server mode​ - VTP not enabled

Had a VLAN that existed before but went missing. When trying to create the missing VLAN again (on a Nexus 9000 series switch) we get the message "VTP VLAN configuration not allowed when device is in Client/Secondary server mode" We do not have VTP enabled. Why would I get this error?

Note: not a Cisco expert here

More information:

I can create other VLAN's on this same switch it is just this VLAN 110 I have trouble with. I tried to delete the VLAN and it

still gave me the above error even though VTP is not enabled.

Please provide the output of the following two show commands:

show vtp status

show run | include feature

sho vtp status:

Service Not Enabled

sho run | include feature:

feature pim

feature interface-vlan

That's it. Already new VTP was not enabled Ty..
