Anyone ever done/seen.
User dials out the help desk number to reset the pwd in AD, UCCE runs the script, verifies user details, creates a workflow in the ticketing system, resets the AD account and plays back the temp pwd to the user (or text it back to the corporate mobile - I know it will further complicate and will need a SMS gateway)
Any thoughts?

Hi Terry,
Apologies for the delay in responding to you. After refering this document Change Administrator Password for IPCC Devices it is mentioned that as a precaution, take full system ICM, Logger, and other components (AW, ICM--NIC) backup, and restore those backups under Lab setup. Test if these backups are alright to use. Also, make sure you note your current password and perform the task after hours just to be safe and to make sure you can roll back quickly.
